Come to our Jacksonville Northwest Medical Center for your general wellness exams. We have a provider on call 24 hours a day and have same-day appointments available.

We offer more than just medical care. American Care provides monthly Food Bags, as well as hygienic supplies.
If you need medical attention after our regular office hours, visit our local medical centers for after-hours urgent care.
Get your medicines at your doctor’s office—no need to travel to another pharmacy or wait for prescriptions to be filled elsewhere. We can also deliver them to your home.
