American Care Medical Centers accepts most Medicare Advantage and Marketplace/Affordable Care Act Health Plans (Obamacare). We also accept most Medicaid plans. For uninsured persons, we have the Health Flex Plan and the Premiere Discount Plan.
We accept most Medicare Advantage Health Plans; most of our services are covered for you at no additional cost through Medicare Advantage. Call or visit our centers to find the right plan for you.

American Care accepts the Molina Healthcare Plan and the Sunshine State Health Plan, available through Medicaid.
If you or a family member aren’t enrolled in Medicare, Medicaid or Marketplace (Obamacare), you can sign up for the Health Flex Plan or the Premier Discount Plan offered directly through American Care Medical Centers.
Our Commercial Plans:
» Health Flex Plan: For $50 a month, you can get affordable health care services. You will have access to basic medical care and prescriptions for as little as $4.
» Plan de descuento Premier: As a member of the Premier Discount Plan, you are eligible for discounted medical services at specific locations. Although it is not an insurance plan, members can qualify for reduced rates on select medical services such as primary care, some pharmacy, some diagnostics, and some specialty care at several American Care Medical Center locations.
» Premier Extended: Uninsured family members of a senior enrolled with American Care can access our healthcare programs for as little as $15 per person per month.
Our Health Flex Plan, Premier Discount Health Plan, and Premier Extended Health Plan include access to medical services such as atención primaria y urgente, servicios especializados such as diabetes management and pain management, servicios de diagnóstico y laboratorio en el mismo centro y diagnostic services, y asistencia social.
