Primary Care

Come to our Lakeland East Medical Center for your general wellness exams. We have a provider on call 24 hours a day and have same-day appointments available.

Nutrition & Hygiene Services
We offer more than just medical care. American Care provides monthly Food Bags, as well as hygienic supplies.
Urgent Care & After Hours Care
If you need medical attention after our regular office hours, visit our local medical centers for after-hours urgent care.
Pharmacy Services
Get your medicines at your doctor’s office—no need to travel to another pharmacy or wait for prescriptions to be filled elsewhere. We can also deliver them to your home.
Vaccinations
Come to our office for all your necessary vaccinations.
Laboratory Testing

Get your blood work or other sample collections completed on-site in our laboratory.

Diagnostic & Functional Testing

Our Lakeland East Medical Center offers on-site ultrasound, X-rays, electrocardiograms (EKG), and spirometry.
